Our sports scientist Maximilian Höflich from LANS Medicum has therefore designed a triathlon special to make you fit for the coming challenge.
July 29, 2018: The athletes among you have marked this date in red on their calendars for a long time. One of the toughest sporting challenges is played out in the Hanseatic city. And not just anywhere: The participants swim 3.86 km into the Alster, cycle 180.2 km through the Hafen City and walk 42.195 km. The finish line will be nowhere else than on the town hall market – hardly any other city offers as many unforgettable competition impressions as Hamburg, and this even for the second time.
